Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities
1. Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock
2. Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment
3. Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse
4. Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads
5. Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees
6. Keep up-to-date on the latest federal and state safety regulations
7. Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner
Requirements

3. Great interpersonal skills
4. Good project management skills, including strong decision-making, problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
5. Exceptional time management and organization skillsIn-depth understanding of industry and company best practices for the warehouse
6. Familarity with inventory control practices and logistics
7. Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational computer applications
8. Physical strength, stamina and the ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
