岗位职责：
1、负责美洲（美国和美国强相关的目的港或目的国 ）片区空运团队的管理工作；
2、对美洲（美国和美国强相关的目的港或目的国 ）片区的空运业务操作负责；
3、对美洲（美国和美国强相关的目的港或目的国 ）片区的空运费用及运价管理工作负责；
4、负责美洲（美国和美国强相关的目的港或目的国 ）片区的空运团队建设和人才培养。

岗位要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历；
2、5年以上空运操作经理及以上岗位经验。
3、对迈阿密当地空运把控管理（对时效要求比较高）；
4、货代、空运背景，必须有全球空转操作经验；
5、英语作为工作语言，西班牙语熟悉者优先；
6、最好有跟中企合作经验；
7、稳重，能沉下心来做工作；
8、在迈阿密本地（国籍、人种不限）；
9、熟悉以下专业资质：IAC（美国境内运输安全认证）、IATA（国际航空运输资质）。

工作地点：美国迈阿密机场
汇报对象：目前CEO或者空运负责人（中国），后期是美国总经理汇报（规划中）

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for managing the air transport team in the Americas (destinations or countries strongly related to the United States and the United States) region;

2. Responsible for air freight operations in the Americas (destinations or countries strongly related to the United States and the United States) region;

3. Responsible for the management of air freight costs and rates in the Americas (destinations or countries strongly related to the United States) region;

4. Responsible for the construction of air transport teams and talent development in the Americas (destinations or countries strongly related to the United States) region.



Job requirements:

1. Full time undergraduate degree or above;

2. More than 5 years of experience as an air freight operations manager or above.

3. Control and management of local air freight in Miami (with high requirements for timeliness);

4. Freight forwarder and air freight background, must have global experience in idle operation;

5. English as the working language, familiarity with Spanish is preferred;

6. It is preferable to have experience in collaborating with Chinese enterprises;

7. Steady and able to concentrate on work;

8. Local in Miami (regardless of nationality or race);

9. Familiar with the following professional qualifications: IAC (Transportation Safety Certification within the United States), IATA (International Air Transport Qualification).



Work location: Miami Airport, USA

Reporting target: Currently CEO or Air Transport Manager (China), and later reporting to the General Manager of the United States (planned)
