1. Review and process picking list and delivery slip, checking for accuracy
2. Schedule deliveries and prepare shipping paperwork
3. Communicate with customers to confirm order details, payments and delivery addresses
4.Provide customer service support and answer questions about products or deliveries
5.Ensure products are packaged and stored properly to prevent damage or loss
6. Track order deliveries and notify customers of any delays
7. Follow up with customers to ensure deliveries were completed as promised
Required Experiences and Skills
1. Detail-oriented and organized
2. Proficient in spreadsheet software
3. Fluent in English and Chinese
4. Quick learner
5. Familiar with kitchen cabinet is a plus
