The Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for the physical inventory-related tasks in Supply Chain Management, including but not limited to receiving, storage, distribution, and replenishment as well as transportation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Receive inbound materials and mark materials with identifying information, record amount of material received, sort materials and replenish material with predetermined sequence such as size, color, type, or product code.
• Coordinates the shipping and distribution of materials and equipment to and from warehouses and prepare all shipping documentation (invoice, packing slips etc.).
• Schedule fright pick up/ shipment plans with freight carriers.
• Maintain and update ERP to ensure accuracy
• Ensure compliance with international and U.S. laws related to export activity & Trade Compliance
EDUCATION:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field is preferred.
EXPRIENCES:
• Minimum 1 year supply chain work experience.
OTHERS:
• General knowledge of Supply Chain practices and functions.
• Familiarity with Supply Chain Management (SCM) software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
• Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines; detail oriented.
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese
• Warehouse operation experience is a plus
