We are a fast-paced, Property and Casualty Insurance Company in Flushing, Queens area, seeking individuals to join our team as Service Associates.

Job Description: Responsible for customer service inquiries, which do not require an insurance license or experience, including but not limited to the following:

Data entry and update policies/accounts on the company's client-managing software systems.
Work closely with other CSRs (customer service representatives) to provide a positive customer service experience for all clients.
Handle incoming email and phone calls, ensuring all emails and calls are responded to within 24 hours.
Handle multiple customer inquiries, resolve service concerns/document customer requests, and complete policy changes.
Provide creditable response to clients' inquiry and request promptly through research and speaking with the insurance provider if necessary.
Communicate with insurance providers to process policy changes as per the CSR/client request.
Update and follow up with the client on any policy issues and changes.
Prepare proposal, quotation, and binding paperwork for CSR.
Maintain and monitor active accounts and policies through frequent check-ins to ensure all clients' insurance needs are satisfied.
Verify coverage for customers or verify that policy changes were made and provide proof of evidence of insurance documents to customers where a licensed representative previously bound coverage.
