Real Estate Salesperson
We need you to:
1. Understand client needs and provide real estate sales or rental services
2. Know the real estate market information, familiarize yourself with property conditions, provide market analysis and forecasts
3. Build customer relationships, maintain customer resources, and expand new customers
4. Assist clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process to increase customer satisfaction
5. Coordinate internal and external resources to improve team performance
6. Complete other sales-related work for the company
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in business/real estate is preferred, proficient in Chinese and English
2. Familiar with New York City
3. Have some knowledge of the real estate industry
4. Preferably with a real estate salesperson license
5. 1-3 years or more of real estate salesperson work experience is preferred
6. Have good communication, negotiation, and sales skills
7. Have strong learning ability, stress resistance, and team cooperation spirit
8. Working hours are flexible.
