Executive Administrative Assistant/ CEO 助理

Job Summary/ description:

We are hiring an executive assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team and manage the organization’s office operations and help us achieve our organizational goals. Your role is key to ensuring plans are made, schedules are set, meetings happen on time, and files are meticulously organized and up to date. Education and Experience:

Associate degree or higher

Background in Administrative Management is preferred

Duties and responsibilities

Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEO.

Act as a liaison and provide support to the CEO. providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and staff.

Arrange and handle all planning for meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; and record meeting minutes. Collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff;

Administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization, assisting, designing, and producing reports, and presentations.

Work closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.

Coordinate all Executive team meetings and assist with staff meetings and events as needed.

Manage all aspects of the organization’s office services. Evaluate and assist in developing office policies and procedures for improved workflow and anticipate future needs as organization grows.

协助总裁处理对外事务,处理并维护好公共关系和企业关系;

完成CEO交办的其他工作。

A Staff Accountant is responsible for maintaining financial records and tracking the organization’s assets, and other related financial activities through the preparation of a company’s financial reports and statements.



Education and Experience:

• 1+ Years Accounting Experience preferred. 

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Preferred.



Duties and responsibilities

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financials report to management 

• Develop Annual Budgets 

• Review financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance 

• Enter accounting related information into business logs
