We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and energetic Office Administrator.
In this role, you will be accountable for providing professional support.
Job Description and Responsibilities
Process sales orders from the sales team to the system
Assist with marketing
Manage light-duty office work ( e-mail, communication/filing, etc. )
Assist with logistics, order fulfillment, and shipping
Process accounts receivable using QuickBooks
Additional responsibilities as required
Office Administrator Qualifications/Requirements:
Undergraduate degree or post-secondary education preferred
PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photo and Video editing)
Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
Ability to deal with confidential materials in an appropriate manner
Extremely organized individual with attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, with an eagerness to learn and grow
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills with a keen eye for detail
Fluency in English and Spanish or Mandarin
