Overview:
Our company's main business scope: housing sales, wills trust and business consultants.
Duties might include the following:
- Communicate with clients, gathering necessary documents and information to begin building a case.
- Manage all administrative responsibilities in the legal office. Including but not limited to, mailing letters; phone and email etiquette; copy, scan & file documents; assist in answering phones; deliver documents as needed
- Organize all legal documents in a confidential way.

Qualifications:
- Expert knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft applications (including Word and Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to take initiative and ownership of work.
- Self-motivated and responsible; independent; has conversational Mandarin Chinese; fluent in English; honest and detailed; and wants to grow with the company.
