Job Responsibilities:
1. Telephone Answering and Outbound Calls:Responsible for answering customer calls and making outbound calls to provide them with prompt, polite and professional solutions for their problems.
2. Online Chat: Solve customers' before and during sales and after-sales problems through online live chat tools, and organize, feedback and follow-up problems.
3. Daily Work Records and Feedback:Record daily work content and details in a timely manner, and feedback on the daily customer complaints encountered and the orders that need to be followed up.
4. Product Knowledge:Master the knowledge and operating principles related to the products currently on sale.
