Sales Representative (Bilingual Mandarin & English)
Job Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell products/services to prospective customers
• Reach out to customer leads through text message, email, live chat, and phone calls
• Consult with clients to schedule their free trial classes based on their child’s needs and interests
• Collect customer feedback
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers to generate referrals
Requirements:
• Minimum academic requirements for a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in the USA
• Bilingual in English/Mandarin required
• One year of sales experience is preferred
• Familiar with the Chinese market in the United States
