Job Description: The Assistant Corporate Controller will be responsible for the following:
• Reconcile revenue, taxes, tax exempts, and assemble supporting documents and for monthly closing
• Analyze monthly variances of actuals against budgets
• Research and respond to customers’ credit card inquiries and chargebacks
• Code and accrue invoices to proper general ledger accounts and accounting periods with organized and detailed descriptions
• Assist in yearly expense budgets based on the industry’s metrics
• Examine and ensure accuracy of Profit and Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet monthly
• Other job-related duties may be assigned

Authorized to work in the U.S.
Work location: Chinatown, NY
Pay range: $55,000 - $65,000 a year
