LEADSTONE, as a wholesaler of quartz stone countertops, We are looking to hire enthusiastic and driven outside sales representatives to generate leads and drive sales for the IL areas.
Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
1. Identify prospective clients and develop relationships with potential customers such as kitchen bath design stores, granite stone cutters, architects, stone fabricators.
2. Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers
3. Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers
4. Submitting regular sales reports to management, informing potential and existing customers of product features and benefits, and resolving customer complaints.
5. Researching competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions
6. Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales
7. Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales
Outside Sales Representative Requirements:
1. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
3. Valid driver’s license.
4. Effective communication and negotiation skills
5. Industry experience is a plus, but not required.
6. Spanish speaking is a plus
