Responsibilities
Analyze industry trends and track industry trends;
Familiar with various propaganda platforms and channels, combine media trends and channel characteristics, and integrate and plan resources according to different propaganda strategies and purposes;
According to the staged propaganda goals, combined with business scenarios and user market analysis, create short, medium and long-term communication activities plans;
Understand the characteristics of Internet products, have a structured and data-based thinking, use data analysis to continuously optimize the input-output ratio, and be responsible for the effect of publicity;
Target dismantling targets based on data result indicators such as new users and promotion of old users, and formulate corresponding effective activity plans
Have cross-departmental communication skills and cooperate with various executive departments to implement projects;
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, marketing major is preferred;
1 years and above related work experience in event planning is preferred;
Have strong overall planning and data analysis capabilities;
Good at thinking, enterprising; creative and good at digging topics.
